Ballisti-Cast manufactures the complete and original Hensley & Gibbs (H&G) mold line featuring hundreds of different bullet mold designs.  They are available for both hand casting and to fit Ballisti-Cast and Magma casting machines.  Our molds are made using the same cutters and cast iron block design used by H&G, as Ballisti-Cast purchased the mold line when Wayne Gibbs retired in 1999.  We also specialize in quick turn-around custom designs.  Select the links at the left to view.

Ballisti-Cast's molds are made from a hard cast iron and are machine ground to a perfect surface finish.  They feature offset venting grooves allowing rapid cooling and eliminating finning.  They also are equipped with hardened alignment pins to insure perfect alignment everytime and a lifetime of use.
